This approach stems from our deeply rooted belief that a counsel’s relationship with his or her client is sacred; similar to that of a physician and a patient, along the same way goes the duty of care.

Ahmed Hammad, our Principal Partner, has over 19 years of experience in a diverse yet focused spectrum of legal matters. He is a counsel to prominent publicly listed companies and private equity and investment firms in the MENA region.
